“Personally, I have a passion for Cleveland; companies that I have worked with are growing and expanding in Cleveland and making it a better place to work for everyone” says Julie Hill. It’s evident that she wants to make this city a better place.

 

“Don’t overthink. It’s opportunities you might be resisted to take” says Julie Hill. Julie Hill,32 from Orange Village, Ohio and is the Vice President of PNC bank and works for Engage! Cleveland. She went to Miami University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance  and later her MBA from John Carroll University .She is an wonderful women and tries to help Cleveland become a better place for young professionals to live and work in.

 

Julie works for Engage! Cleveland where the purpose is to “attract and retain talent in Cleveland.” “It’s an opportunity to encourage further development of the city-volunteer with something and share its development. Engage! Cleveland also has a YP week and it is a week-long series of events geared at engaging young professionals in the community. YP week includes social activities, professional development lectures, or getting out and enjoying more of the community.”

 

In every job there are always advantages and disadvantages. “Advantages are the ability to meet many people who also have a passion for its wellbeing, Disadvantages is hearing the doubt of success in Cleveland.”

As far as Hill’s intentions for the future of her cause, she recalled, “I hope that business see the value in using partnerships, expanding business, and partnership for additional success.” Julie Hill is already making a valuable impact on our city’s growth and revitalization; I can’t wait to see what is next from her.

 

 

 

Hill's Hopes

Julie Hill hopes to have more people join Engage! Cleveland. Also, she hopes the organization will grow and expand and minimize costs. She wants Cleveland to be success and make it a better place.
